Midbrain & Sensory Activation focuses on concentration and sensory integration rather than calculation specifically. Many students combine more than one program.

Yes — if a course or level isn’t the right fit, talk to your counselor. Students can move between programs or adjust their level as their skills develop.

Let your trainer or support team know in advance where possible. Depending on your course plan, missed sessions can typically be rescheduled — reach out to support to arrange a makeup class.

Yes, short daily practice (typically 10–15 minutes) is recommended between sessions, especially for Abacus and Vedic Maths, since consistent practice is what builds calculation speed over time.

No. Your monthly tuition covers your scheduled live classes with your assigned trainer. Any optional materials (like a physical abacus) are communicated clearly before you commit.

We do offer occasional multi-course and sibling arrangements — ask your enrollment counselor about current options when you book your demo class.

If your child attends all scheduled sessions during the first 14 days and completes the assigned practice worksheets but shows no improvement in calculation speed, we refund 100% of your tuition fee — no questions asked.

Contact our support team by email or WhatsApp within your refund window and share your enrollment details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Yes, you can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund already-completed billing periods outside the guarantee window above.
