About the Role

Soft Brain Kids Academy is hiring passionate Vedic Mathematics Mentors to deliver live, 1:1 and small-group online classes to students ages 4–16. Selected candidates go through a structured, paid training program covering our complete Vedic Maths & Abacus curriculum and lesson-delivery system before starting live classes with real students — so prior teaching experience isn't required to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔Conduct engaging live online Vedic Mathematics classes for students ages 4–16
• ✔Follow the Academy's structured curriculum and lesson plans across all levels
• ✔Track individual student progress and share regular feedback with parents
• ✔Take part in ongoing mentor training, workshops, and skill-development sessions
• ✔Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging classroom environment
• ✔Coordinate with the academic team on scheduling and rescheduling of sessions

What You'll Need

• ✔Graduate in any discipline (Mathematics/Education background preferred, not mandatory)
• ✔Fluent spoken English and Hindi
• ✔A laptop/computer, webcam, and stable internet connection
• ✔Strong communication skills and patience working with young children
• ✔Prior tutoring/teaching experience is a plus, but not required — freshers are welcome

Abacus Instructor

About the Role

We are actively looking for an experienced Abacus Instructor to join our growing global team. You will be responsible for conducting highly interactive, 1:1 and small-group live online sessions, helping children master mental arithmetic, improve their focus, and build genuine confidence in mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔Deliver engaging, structured Abacus classes to students worldwide
• ✔Guide students through complex mental calculations using visualization techniques
• ✔Assess student performance, identify areas for improvement, and tailor the teaching approach
• ✔Maintain clear, regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress
• ✔Ensure a high standard of class delivery adhering to Soft Brain's quality benchmarks

What You'll Need

• ✔Experience: Minimum 2 years of active teaching experience in Abacus (online or offline)
• ✔Communication: Fluent and professional spoken English is mandatory (you will be teaching international students)
• ✔Technical Setup: Reliable laptop/PC, high-quality webcam, and a fast, stable internet connection
• ✔Skills: Excellent patience, high energy, and the ability to keep young minds engaged on screen
