By enrolling a student in any program or trial course at Soft Brain Kids Academy, the parent or legal guardian ("you") enters into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for our live sessions or mathematical simulator portals.
Enrollment fees are billed level-by-level or on a recurrent monthly basis. All tuition fees are payable in advance of the scheduled month. Payments are processed securely via our gateway partners (Razorpay), supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and major international banking portals.
Soft Brain Kids Academy operates with a strict no-refund policy outside the specific terms of our 14-Day Performance Money-Back Guarantee. Discontinuing classes mid-month does not entitle the client to prorated refunds or credits for subsequent levels.

If these conditions are fully met and no cognitive upgrade is demonstrated, parents can request a full refund by emailing our finance department at refund@softbrainkidsacademy.com. Approved refunds are credited back to the original source card within 7-10 business days.
Continuous progress requires disciplined practice. Students must join virtual classes on time with worksheets and writing materials prepared.
If a student misses a class due to personal reasons, makeup classes are not guaranteed. Makeup sessions are only coordinated in cases of academy-wide schedule adjustments, public holidays, or trainer unavailability.
All textbooks, printed worksheets, course curriculum guides, speed calculation software, and logo assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Soft Brain Kids Academy. These materials are provided solely for personal, non-commercial student study. Re-distributing, photocopying for schools, or reselling our worksheets is strictly prohibited.
For all students registering from the United States and Canada, these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules, rather than in court. Our international centers (including our global delivery hubs in Lucknow and Lakhimpur Kheri) conform fully to Delaware corporate governing standards to ensure consumer protection and trust.
