In accordance with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we never collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

All accounts, profiles, and study logs are registered and managed exclusively by a verified parent or legal guardian. We do not permit public messaging, profile pictures, or social interactions among minors on our platforms, preventing unauthorized data sharing.

When a parent registers a student, we collect:

  • Guardian Information: Parent name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Student Information: Name, age, grade level, and school curriculum details.
  • System Metadata: IP address, device specs, and performance logs on our math simulator, used solely to improve student learning outcomes.

4. Purpose & Data Use

We process collected data to:

  • Coordinate live coaching classes, schedule makeup lessons, and issue progress certificates.
  • Analyze speed calculation milestones on our math simulator.
  • Optimize class allocations based on time zones (supporting US Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones).
  • Manage franchise inquiries and corporate communications.

We do not sell, rent, or lease our database records to third-party ad networks or marketing agencies.

5. Secure Transaction Gateways (PCI-DSS)

All tuition payments and fees are processed through secure, encrypted gateways powered by our PCI-DSS compliant partner, Razorpay, which accepts international Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and corporate credit cards.

All payment transactions are fully tokenized. Soft Brain Kids Academy never stores, views, or retains credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on our local databases.

6. Your Rights & CCPA/GDPR Compliance

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and international frameworks, parents hold complete control over their family's data. You have the right to request a copy of the stored records, request correction of errors, or request immediate deletion of all student metadata from our servers.
